What is Chimaeracon?
Chimaeracon is a South Texas festival for Gamers, Sci-Fi enthusiasts and Anime fans. Come and enjoy video games, miniatures, card games, RPGs, live action role play and much more. Join discussion panels, participate in the costume contest, and hang out with people interested in Gaming, Sci-Fi and Anime.
The fun lasts all weekend long.

Our Charity
This year, ChimaeraCon will accept donations for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®. Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® raise funds for 170 children’s hospitals across North America. Donations received stay in the community, ensuring that every dollar helps local kids. In the spirit of gaming, we will use “Cheat for a Cause” as our principal means of accepting donations for this charity. Participating Game Masters will have a donation can at their event, along with cheat for a cause rules for all players wishing to contribute. ChimaeraCon and its Game Masters will not require the participation of any convention attendee.
